Double slider doors open to our beautiful pool and sundeck! Custom kitchen with gas stove, hidden pantry, & access to the sundeck & BBQ! Full size laundry room, 3 spacious decks, games room w bunks! Plenty of space in our 4000 sq ft piece of paradise. We designed every detail of this house!
The space
Open concept living room, kitchen with double sliders that open onto the pool and pool deck! Interior designed kitchen with hidden pantry, gas stove, gas bbq, living room with modern stone feature wall, outdoor TV and plenty of room to spend time together! Main floor features a master with ensuite as well as a powder room. Second level features 4 bedrooms, 3 of wich have king beds and ensuites! The 4th bedroom has a triple bunk perfect for the little people in your party! Beside this bedroom is a full bathroom with shower and tub combo! Full size laundry room completes this floor. Top floor games room/bunk room features 2 queen over queen bunk beds and a twin bunk bed. A TV with a swivel mount and varies games to play! Full bathroom is adjacent. We have professionally and thoughtfully custom built this home with entertaining as top of mind. The main floor is spectacular with archways, double sliders and many windows creating an abundance of natural light! Enjoy the sun deck and the pool or relax under the covered patio. Massive corner lot provides lots of grass areas for the boys to kick or throw the balls around. 6 seater golf cart included in your stay. Pool heat 25$ a day and needed in off season months. SLEEPS 21!

Email address needs to given to me after booking so I can send the rental agreement for the golf cart and arrival info comes via email 7 days prior to check in. Pool Heating is available for 25$ a day. Pool heat not needed in summer months. Sleeps 21
